Halloween costume fun hike - Stone House and Pittock Manion

This coming Halloween will fall on a Tuesday. Every Tuesday we walk this trail. We follow Lower MacLeay trail from Lower McLeay Park to Cornel Rd parking lot, then cross Cornell Rd, go up to Pittock Mansion by following Wildwood trail: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/oregon/lower-macleay-park-to-pittock-mansion

I want to get the words out early so you have time to prepare your costume... (this will be the third year we do costume hike on this trail).

Free event but suggested donation $1 is appreciated (you can bring cash or do Venmo). Your donations will help to make Portland Hiking Group exist and thrive. ($5 good for a year. $20 good for lifetime).

What to Wear or bring:
1. Waterproof hiking shoes (in case some spots muddy or slippery),
2. Poles are optional but if you do have, maybe bring at least one piece, just in case some spot slippery from the rain.
3. Rain jacket (Amazon has all sorts of rain jacket and umbrella, colored or transparent - bring rain gear no matter what, just in case.
4. water bottle, light snack (on top of Pittock Mansion there are tables and benches while you enjoy city view and hopefully Mt Hood view)
5. wear or bring Costume or Halloween theme clothes or accessary
