Easy Forest Park Hike

Starting Trailhead: Leif Erikson trailhead.

Hike Description: This is an easy Forest Park hike at a relaxed pace on Saturday morning. We will meet at the gate at 9:00 AM. I think this will be a good hike if we experience some weather as the road is flat and wide.

Directions: From Highway 30, take the exit to NW Thurman Road and follow to the gate. Parking on the road.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Water bottle
• Rain Jacket depending on weather

** CAR BREAK-IN ALERT**
Car break-ins has been an ongoing problem at all trail-heads lately. DO NOT leave anything valuable, or that may look like could be of value from outside, in your car parked at the trail-head. No blankets or jackets on the seat, that may give the impression of something hidden underneath.
