Neighborhood Walk See Heritage Trees & Public Art-Optional Lunch
Details
Hi everyone! Let's go on a walk around the Clinton St neighborhood and take a look at some heritage trees. Heritage Trees are trees that have been placed on a registry to afford them a certain level of protection. The program was started in the 90's, and trees continue to be added.
We will start our walk at Dot's Cafe on SE Clinton St. We will mender around the neighborhood to view the trees. It looks like we will have at least 5 or 6 trees to check out. We may also be able to view some public art, including murals as we walk along,
Meet at Dot's at 10am to start our walk. After a couple of hours, we can somewhere to go for lunch. Pastinis is in the area, but there are other places to go as well.
Okay, c'mon out and get some exercise and make some friends.
