Barlow Pass to Boy Scout Ridge along the PCT
Details
Saturday forecast is for low level clouds and high level bluebird skies bathed in wonderful sunshine, wahoo! Let's go hike up into the sunshine. This hike is one of my all time favorites, not least of which is because it is where I first met Mary!
I don't think there will be much, if any, snow but let's be prepared. Please bring snowshoes, microspikes (or similar) and poles. I don't think we'll need snowshoes so we'll likely leave these in the cars.

Hike Description:
We'll start out at the Barlow Pass Barlow Pass Trailhead and Sno Park. The trail crosses the highway 35 and then ascends through a tall, thick forest. After a couple miles we emerge onto Boy Scout Ridge with beautiful unobstructed views to the North, East, and and South. If it's a bluebird day as is predicted up above the clouds it will feel like you can reach up and touch the top of Mt Hood.
