Yes, we are going backpacking to the very beautiful Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho!!! This is a 4 day, 3 night trip where we will see many mountain lakes and stunning snow capped peaks. If you think you are up for the adventure, then read on.

Everyone goes on the waitlist until you message me that you are serious about attending, then I'll move you to the going list.

The basic itinerary is to get to a campground (yet to be determined, I will get reservations) near Stanley, ID on Saturday night. It's about a 9 hour drive to Stanley ID, so plan accordingly. We will drive to a nearby trailhead on Sunday to start the backpack. We will see several lakes, including, Alice, Toxaway, Edna, Vernon and Farley. We will camp at a different lake each night. Mileage should be no more than about 8 per day, we may have elevation of up to around 1500 feet max in a single day. On Wednesday we get back to the cars and make our way back to Portland.

What to bring: All the normal backpacking gear for a multi day trip, plus anything you want to bring for campground camping before and/or after the trip. I will take up to 8 people on this trip. You will go on the waiting list until you contact/message me that you want to go. After that, I will move you to going.
