Backpacking Trip to Jefferson Park

This is the last weekend before permits are required, so lets get up on Mt Jefferson and do a 2 night trip to gorgeous Jefferson Park. This is a 2 night trip, its about 5 miles to camp with about 1800 feet of gain. We will hike in on Friday, set up camp, and spend the next 2 days exploring. There are plenty of lakes and view points all around.

We will leave from the Whitewater trailhead at 10 am to start the trip. Please bring everything you need for a trip of this duration. There will be plenty of water to filter, and there should be fishing opportunities if interested. We should try to carpool if possible. If you have any questions, then please ask.
