Inspired by bringing innovations and high quality of Portugal, spark would like to invite you to a distinguish and Great Wine Experience to taste special wines from the region of Alentejo and Sintra that will take place on 13th and 14th of April from 17h00 –22h00 .
From Alentejo, Ervideira, has a history of wine production since 19th century. Ervideira continues to honor the illustrious story of its founder with a remarkable portfolio of wines made aiming at the future, where the respect for the terroir and the modern winemaking techniques live together inseparably.
From Sintra, the “Infinitude” wine is grown on the unique microclimate of the Sintra Mountain foothills, in vines that are sheltered from the Atlantic winds. The grapes ripe slowly, immersed in dewy mornings and misty summers. The result is a dry wine, delicate with rare salty notes. Complex and fresh, with long aging potential in the bottle.
Under the very particular geography and climate of the Sintra region, our grape varieties - Pinot Noir and Merlot- retain a truly unique character, the holistic result of Sea, Mountain and careful nurture.
