Hi lovely people,

Sometimes it’s not just the relationship that changes… it’s how we feel within ourselves.
When a relationship shifts - through distance, conflict, separation, co-parenting adjustments or unexpected change - it can feel deeply destabilising. You might notice anxiety you’ve never experienced before, overthinking that won’t switch off, emotional shutdown, self-doubt or a sense that you don’t quite recognise yourself anymore.
This workshop explores why certain relationship changes impact us so profoundly and why the emotional crash often goes far deeper than the situation itself.

We’ll gently explore:
• Why our nervous system reacts so strongly to relational shifts
• How early attachment experiences influence adult reactions
• Why some people spiral while others appear “fine”
• The connection between identity, security and partnership
• How to stabilise yourself emotionally during uncertain times

This session is for men and women navigating relationship change who want understanding - not blame. Whether you’re adjusting to a new dynamic, feeling emotionally shaken or simply trying to make sense of your reactions, this space is designed to offer clarity and steadiness.

You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, practical emotional regulation tools and a clearer path toward rebuilding confidence and stability from within.

I am looking forward to connecting with you soon.

Nicole
