Have you ever found yourself holding onto something you know is hurting you…
but still struggling to fully let go?
It might be a relationship, a pattern, a version of yourself, old memories, guilt, hope for change or the emotional attachment to what something used to be.
And even when your mind knows better… emotionally, it can still feel incredibly difficult to move forward.
In this Meetup, we’ll explore why letting go is not simply about “willpower” — and how our subconscious mind, emotional conditioning, attachment patterns and nervous system responses can keep us connected to things long after they stop being healthy for us.
This is not about judgement or telling you what you “should” do.
It’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating awareness around the emotional patterns that keep people stuck.
✨ In this session, we’ll explore:
- Why letting go can feel so emotionally painful
- The subconscious patterns that keep us attached
- Why we sometimes return to things we know aren’t good for us
- The role of fear, guilt and emotional conditioning
- How survival responses can keep us emotionally stuck
- Small ways to begin reconnecting with yourself again
This session is for anyone who:
- feels emotionally stuck or conflicted
- struggles to move on from relationships or situations
- keeps repeating similar emotional patterns
- knows they deserve more but finds it hard to let go
- wants to better understand themselves and their emotional responses
This will be a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to reflect, learn and connect with others who may be experiencing similar feelings.
You are not broken for finding it hard to let go.
There are often deeper reasons underneath it and understanding them can be the beginning of real change.
Warm regards
