Books and Bruch: January Bookclub Meetup

We took a little hiatus from book club but we're back for 2026 and the Pretty Committee will be a hosting monthly book club reliably through 2026 where we'll discuss a book and check out great brunch spots around metro Detroit! Update 1/15: Brunch will be at Lily's Seafood. They will have both their brunch and lunch menu available. Lily's has a number of non-fish items if seafood is not your jam. I requested that they accommodate separate checks as they have been amendable to doing this when I have hosted here in the past. Parking in free in Royal Oak on Sundays and there is street parking and parking garages (both free) nearby. Reservation is under my name for 12 people, I know statistically there may be a few people who change their RSVPs so for those on the waitlist you will likely get moved up. If not, it's usually not busy there at the time we're going so we likely can accommodate you too - if there is still folks on the waitlist by the Friday before the event, I'll message you to see if you still want to go.
