Description:
Join us for this hands-on event as we pair with the Faciliation Lab Austin and Women in Product Austin for an exciting practice session! We’re happy to promote the launch of Jake Knapp's new book, Click: How to Make What People Want. Click introduces the Foundation Sprint, a two-day workshop for starting projects the right way.
Jake's new book offers ten important lessons, a step-by-step playbook for the Foundation Sprint, and memorable stories from companies like Nike, Google, and Slack.
We’ll practice “Differentiators,” a key activity from the Foundation Sprint. This exercise helps teams define what makes their projects radically different from competitors, setting the stage for successful innovation.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- FUN AND ACTIONABLE TAKEAWAYS - You'll leave with the skills needed to start implementing Jake's innovative techniques with your teams. Doing so will help ensure you're building the right thing at the right time.
- GIVEAWAYS!
- We'll be raffling off two FREE courses from Pragmatic Institute (a $1300 value!)
- You'll also have a chance to win your own copy of the Click book!
- Plenty of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks
- A photographer will be on hand to capture the event, and we'll share pictures afterward.
