AI is rapidly changing how organisations make decisions, manage complexity and deliver outcomes. But as AI becomes more influential, a critical question emerges:
Does AI control us, or do we control AI?
The Product Playground is joining forces with PMI UK London for a timely and engaging evening exploring one of the most consequential governance challenges of our time: proving that human authority over AI-driven decisions is real, not assumed, not claimed, but evidenced.
We are delighted to welcome Steve Butler, Founder of Luminary Diagnostics, who will lead a thought-provoking discussion on the implications of AI for delivery professionals, project leaders, product managers and organisations preparing for the future of work. Steve has extensive experience in delivery, including portfolios, programmes, projects and PMOs, and has contributed to PMI portfolio management standards.
This session will explore:
• What meaningful human authority over AI looks like
• Why AI governance needs evidence, not just intention
• How AI may affect project, product and delivery professionals
• The risks, opportunities and responsibilities AI creates
• What leaders and practitioners should start thinking about now
Whether you work in product, project management, transformation, technology, operations, consulting, academia or leadership, this event will help you reflect on how AI is reshaping work and what responsible control should look like in practice.
