Andrew Threadgold... Former GP who decided that medicine was not going to get him to where he wanted to be in life, so went (cough please) balls out in property, getting stuck into pretty much every strategy there is out there over the past 5 years. He has even bought himself a hotel!!! 5 green houses and cashed it in for the big red one on Park Lane (Seaton Carew).

He isn't shy on putting himself out there either! With his end goal in mind, Andrew decided that one of the best ways to gain traction and gather attention for investment & deals was to launch his own Podcast - "The Property Doctor", a popular poddy on which such business & property greats like James Sinclair, Nathan Winch & Adam Lawrence have appeared (oh, and Paul & Boycey...).

What I admire about Andrew is his determination to get to his destination. As a fellow "Cracker-onerer", I know the sacrifice and toll it takes on health, finances, mental wellbeing & family time, so this will be eye-opening to the uninitiated. Some things work, some things don't. It's only when you're in amongst it every day that you get a true appreciation for what it takes to herd the cats of property progress & complete these large schemes, often with multiple spinning plates at the same time...

Anthony Boyce: a developer & investor with over 20 years architectural industry experience is a lover of adding value to property & development projects, having tackled anything from BTLs to Holiday Parks. He is also know to start the odd businesses & build brands - 81 North Design (Architecture) & 81 North Interiors (Interior Design), and loves a good commercial conversion, which he now helps mentors others in how to maximise their deals.
