Paul Million: a landlord and developer of more than 30 years now, has built a formidable reputation as a creative dealmaker, taker of nothing less than perfection in his property developments, and also started property management & sales businesses - Vurv Estates (Estate Agency) & Vurv Property Management (Lettings & Property Management). He also has the LOAF podcast, interviewing great people from all walks of life, learning what makes them tick, what challenges they have overcome, and how best others can succeed despite the challenges life throws their way.

Anthony Boyce: a developer & investor with over 20 years architectural industry experience is a lover of adding value to property & development projects, having tackled anything from BTLs to Holiday Parks. He is also know to start the odd businesses & build brands - 81 North Design (Architecture) & 81 North Interiors (Interior Design), and loves a good commercial conversion, which he now helps mentors others in how to maximise their deals.
