He loves a deal... I could end it there really, but for those who haven't heard of Nathan or met this lovely chap, he is a prolific investor in all things Property + Business.

When I first heard of Nathan he was a R2R property expert, negotiating on all kinds of weird and wonderful NMD (that's "No Money Down" kids) creative deals. He was also mentoring others in the dark arts of this strategy.

Since then, only 6 or 7 short (or long depending on what's happening in his life 😅) years ago, Nathan has really upped his game, buying, selling and building a remarkable business empire including logistics, transport and magazines!

It hasn't all gone smoothly though, and this is why his story is a great one to show everyone what is possible when you just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Bad business partners trying to stitch him up, 11th hour financing hiccups, he's had to navigate most of the "nut shots" that life throws at you in business, but he's still here to share his experiences with us all.
