This is The Queer Outdoors' annual public board meeting
The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

• An overview of the club, our history, our goals, and responsibilities for members of the board
• Board elections: elections for named board positions and election for general board positions
• Discussion on upcoming events: soliciting event ideas, finding hosts and co-hosts for upcoming events
• Voting on proposals: frequency of in-person board meetings, size of board and quorum requirements
• Discussion on Nonprofit status: current state and next steps

Meet at Newport entrance parking lot no later than 8:10 to do a loop around the ridge, rain or shine! ✨ uneven terrain and hills, dog friendly! We will walk for a half hour, and watch the leaves change, come to one or all Fridays!
