See all- Queer Outdoors Camping Trip 2025Muskegon State Park, Muskegon, MI
The Queer Outdoors is once again hosting our annual camping trip! This year it’s taking place at Muskegon State Park the weekend of July 25th-27th. We have reserved a rustic campsite at the organizational group campground in the park. We had a blast at our previous camping trips and can’t wait to host again this year!
Muskegon State Park is on the west side of the state roughly three hours away from Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Ypsilanti. It’s situated on the shores of Lake Michigan, has three miles of beach access, 12 miles of hiking trails, a luge track, boat launch and other amenities.
For this event, an RSVP on Meetup alone does not indicate that you are attending. You must fill out this google form by July 11 if you are interested in camping with us:

To cover the cost of the campsite reservation and food, the cost is $40 per person for the weekend. If cost is prohibitive or if there are other considerations that may impact your ability to camp comfortably with us, please indicate this on the google form and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
