I’ve been wanting to start meditating every day — even just for 15 minutes — but like many of us, I’ve found it hard to stay consistent on my own. So I’m creating this group as a way to show up, stay accountable, and build the habit together.

If you’ve also been meaning to meditate, or you're just looking for a gentle way to reset during the day, you’re welcome to join. No experience needed, no pressure — just a quiet space to sit together and breathe for a few minutes each day.

🕒 We'll meet daily for 15 minutes.
📍 Silent, simple, supportive.
📷 Cameras optional — just show up for yourself.

This is for anyone who wants to create a little calm in their day, and doesn’t want to do it alone.
