Who We Are:
This group is a dedicated, intimate community for serious individuals who have decided to take action in Real Estate investing. Whether your goal is to be an active investor finding deals, or a passive capital partner looking to deploy funds, this is your space. We are looking for action-takers, not just curious onlookers—we want to respect everyone's time and focus on real growth.
Our Focus:
Our discussions center around active growth strategies such as Flips and the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat). Our ultimate, shared vision is to use these strategies as stepping stones to scale into Multi-Family apartment buildings together.
The Experience (Quiet & Intimate):
We believe that real connections happen when you can actually hear each other. We avoid loud bars and crowded networking events. Instead, we host small, limited-capacity meetings in quiet spaces. We sit down together in a comfortable setting that allows for deep, focused conversations.
How Our Meetings Work:
Because we keep the groups small, everyone gets the floor. In every session, you will have the opportunity to share:

What you have accomplished so far (your experience).
What you are actively looking for right now.
What value you are ready to bring to the table today.
Building Real Partnerships:
The goal is not to meet once, but to meet the same core group of people multiple times, pushing each other to take action. At the end of every meetup, we share a contact list of the attendees so you can seamlessly continue building genuine investor-to-investor partnerships outside of the room.
The "No-Pitch" Iron Rule:
This is a strict zero-sales environment. We are here to partner as investors, not to be pitched to by service providers. While we will occasionally bring in industry professionals, it will be strictly for educational and learning purposes—never for a sales pitch.
Commitment Fee:
To ensure that only serious individuals RSVP and actually show up, and to cover the costs of renting quality, quiet spaces for our sessions, there is a small registration fee for each meeting.
