Are you ready for some friendly, competitive play? Then Try Match is the next step for you! The Baseline Beginners Cup is offered in a half-day tournament format where participants play multiple, short matches in one evening. You'll play against several players of similar skill level and meet new tennis friends.
The Baseline Beginners Cup is designed for adult Try Tennis and Try Play graduates, as well as beginner players who can serve, rally, and keep score. We offer two pathways: one for players with an NTRP rating of 2.5 and under who have not previously competed in a USTA Adult league or Tournament, and another for Rusty Racket players rated 3.0 or lower and USTA league players with an NTRP rating of 2.5.
