Delighted to invite you to our next walk and book discussion!

When's the walk? 13:00 on Saturday 14 th March 2026.

Where's the walk? Please meet us at 13:00 at Rushmere Pond which is in the south side of Wimbledon common. The nearest train/tube is Wimbledon. We will aim to set off on our walk by 13:15 latest. We will complete a 9 km circular walk, which can be found on alltrails named Wimbledon Common and Putney Vale Circular.

What to read before the walk? Any anthology by the poet Mary Oliver. Devotions is her most celebrated and comprehensive collection of poems. Alternative anthologies to read: Felicity, a Thousand Mornings or Dreamwork.

Please come prepared to discuss and share the Mary Oliver poems that you found most enjoyable, or intriguing, or inspiring.

We will finish the circular walk almost exactly where we started, at the Rose and Crown pub, where we can sit and enjoy good company and conversation.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

All the best until then,

Ollie
