About us
The Raptor Training and Social Club is a space for anyone interested in the art, science, and history of falconry. Whether you are a licensed apprentice looking for field experience, a seasoned falconer wanting to connect with the local community, or someone just starting to research the sport, this is a place to share knowledge and gain practical insights. Our goal is to demystify the process of working with birds of prey while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and ethical hunting practices.
We meet regularly to discuss equipment, training techniques, and the legal requirements involved in getting started. Beyond the technical side of things, we want this to be a social club where we can grab a coffee, talk about our recent outings, and learn from each other’s successes and challenges in the field. If you have a passion for raptors and are looking for a grounded, supportive group to help you navigate the world of falconry, we would love to have you join us.
