The Raw Easter Chocolate workshop is about learning how to create delicious, healthy Easter treats that are rich, satisfying and packed full of raw nutrition. All food is free from dairy, wheat, refined sugar and all artificial additives. And taste so good, no one would even know they are good for you ;)
All dishes are prepared fresh and are 100% raw. Workshop participants will receive generous tastings of all menu items, as well as detailed recipes of each dish to replicate at home.

Participants are invited to bring a small lunchbox to take home left-overs.
Also included is basic raw food theory, hands on demonstrations and additional nutritional information. The learning focus of this workshop is 'How Sugar Affects Us and How to Eliminate Cravings', in which we will delve deeper into what sugar does and ways in which is may be safely consumed.
You'll not only walk away with a lunch box full of raw chocolate, but the knowledge that from this time on, Easter can be a healthy occasion every year.
***EARLY BIRD TICKETS are $69, until Feb 15th. After this date, tickets revert to $85. If you would like to stay for the afternoon class, 'Raw Chocolate Favourites', you can book a day pass for $125.
