Welcome to the Houston TX InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Houston TX meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!

MEET THE HOUSTON INVESTHER LEADER
Native Houstonian Cortney Arenstein has held her RE license since 2015 and has worked extensively with SFH RE investors in the area. Her first listing was also her first flip (a live-in flip/house hack) and she currently lives in her second live-in flip in Katy while she waits for her youngest daughter to graduate in 2023. Cortney currently still holds a 9-to-5 at a major E&P as a project manager in the Investor Relations department. Multifamily investing is her exit strategy from the O&G industry. In a previous life she has built and sold a web-based marketing company, project managed at a custom software company, and holds a (currently unused) degree in Classical Voice. Cortney lives in Katy with her husband of 13 years, teenage daughter and two big dogs.
