Alyssa Danzig is passionate about every facet of mortgage finance, from putting together complex deals to working with underwriters. She is a Sales Manager at the Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Bank in NYC, who works with both first-time buyers and seasoned investors.

April Crossley retired at the age of 35 by investing in real estate. She flips, wholesales, owns a portfolio of small multifamily rentals in PA, and is also a private lender. She teaches others how to do the same via her consulting company Lazy Girl REI and her YouTube channel.
