Welcome to the Orlando, FL InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help WOMEN real estate investors local to Orlando meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADER
Ginny Adkins has been investing for about 5 years, rehabbing being my first choice (the bigger the better!) and also is a licensed real estate agent. I've worked with an investor/broker selling and rehabbing many turnkey rentals to be sold through affiliates around the country. I worked with many investors using their IRA's, land trusts, and private money lenders. I managed a brokerage for about two years and decided it was time to branch out on my own in February this year! I have been self educating through many networks, coaching programs and masterminds. I'm building my business and networking to scale. Super excited to learn from others and share my insights. I love a challenge and finding others to join me in the adventure! I am absolutely motivated and excited to be part of the InvestHer community and help others see and go after their greatest potential in life and real estate.
Fernanda Netto was born and raised in Brazil. I'm an innovative thinker with a diverse and comprehensive background in aviation, customer service, animal welfare management, hospitality who recently landed into Real Estate. I've managed several renovations in my past and was an accidental Landlord back in Brazil. I started learning about Real estate Investing and it's techniques about 2 years ago and since then, I've been house-hacking, completed a flip and bought a duplex with BRRR in mind. I'm part of the Central Florida RE Investment HUB network, Central Florida Realty Investors Association, (CFRI) and PACT Mastermind. I have my Real Estate Agent License and I am also an investor-friendly REALTOR. I'm thrilled to be part of the InvestHER Community and to put my energy into connecting women and help them to carry the InvestHER mission of living a financially free and balanced life.
