Welcome to the Victoria British Columbia InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Victoria British Columbia meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADER
Christine started in real estate as a paralegal doing foreclosure work
and bought her first property at age 20. She currently own and manages 3 real estate appraisal firms on Vancouver Island. She has a strong understanding of real estate financing, new construction and renovations, budgets, property management and Residential Tenancy Act in BC. Christine also has experience owning and operating Air BnBs, mid-term rentals, long term rentals and commercial office space
She is a married mom of two and is committed to growth, self-improvement and doing the work. She is committed to making a difference in the lives of women and helping them create wealth in real estate.
