Welcome to the West Palm Beach FL InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to West Palm Beach meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!

MEET THE INVESTHER LEADER
Sibel Rasim is a deeply passionate real estate investor and agent. Originally from the Lehigh Valley in PA, she moved to West Palm Beach a year ago.

Prior to real estate, she graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education and Special Education in 2015. In 2017, she obtained her Master's in Educational Leadership and worked at her alma mater as an Assistant Director of Admissions all while starting her real estate investing journey within the town of Bloomsburg.

She bought her first residential home, Airbnb property, and long-term rental in Bloomsburg, PA. Later on, she continued to pursue my higher education career at Temple University. During her time in Philadelphia, she attended the Temple University Real Estate Institute and obtained her Pennsylvania real estate license while expanding her investment portfolio with multifamily investments in the city. She loved the idea of living in paradise, so after 1.5 years of house hacking in Philly, she left for West Palm Beach, FL where she obtained her FL real estate license shortly after her arrival all while continuing to scale her investment portfolio.

Aside of real estate, she loves anything travel and outdoors! She has traveled to 25+ countries, hiked the Grand Canyon, and is a certified kayak instructor. She volunteers with the Florida Sierra Club Inspiring Children Outdoors Organization in taking underprivileged kids from all over Southeast FL on outdoor trips.

In all of her years in business, she has one goal in mind: to make an impact. She is excited to continue to impact you and many others to come.
