Join us for the first Reality ADHD Support Group meetup! This is a welcoming space for adults with ADHD, late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults, and parents or supporters who want encouragement, understanding, and real conversation. For this first gathering, we’ll get to know each other and talk about executive function struggles in everyday life. Free to attend. Feel free to bring your own snack or drink if you’d like.
