The rebuild is a supportive self reflection and development programme for women who have left a difficult relationship and/ or experienced domestic abuse.
Tickets are priced at £70- this secures you:
*group admission & participation for all 5 sessions. *Complementary Hots drinks and cake each week.
*Access to the Rebuild 5 week programme materials, tools and resources.
*A FREE 1:1 laser coaching session (30 mins) with the founder and facilitator of the programme on completion of the full programme.
The group is a face to face set up, offering a maximum of 10 spaces per event.
It runs on a weekly basis, every Friday at 12-2 pm for 5 weeks.
You will benefit from being around others who have lived similar experiences. Supportive group facilitators will walk you through resources, tools and activities which will help you take care of your wellbeing and create a new chapter of life. One where you honour yourself, no longer settling for second best.
This unique supportive group will provide you with space, time and tools to grow from your past.
Complimentary hot drinks and cake are available.
