Phó Anyone?

Sunday lunch. How about a nice warm bowl of Vietnamese phó?
We'll be making reservations at Phó Hanoi (which is close to the main train station, Hovedbanen). As usual, we'll be meeting to talk about anything food related, but especially to make plans for our future phó making meetup.

Traditionally, phó is beef bone broth based (Phở Bò), but there is also a chicken based phó (Phở Ga). Both are available at the restaurant, Phó Hanoi. They also have other great dishes on their menu, and a yummy lime juice as well! As of the time of publishing this meetup, the price of the phó in Phó Hanoi is Kr. 135,- for a bowl, or Kr. 85,- for a small bowl.

Phó is a very simple soup to make, but has a lot of different angles on how it can be prepared, so it would be great to all come together, and inspire each other on creating a great recipe!
