And then the fear-based defensive/offensive lifestyle you were taught by the domination culture causes you to react so badly that your solutions are blocked by toxic codependent relationships full of stuck unhealthy emotions. We’re not here to blame anyone or suggest a conspiracy. This is simply how false negative beliefs systems work to challenge you to love yourself enough to say, “Hey! Life is a consciousness experience, within which we have a physical experience that feels oh so very solid and real! That realness is thanks to the beliefs we hold, aka our expectations, assumptions, worldviews, models of reality, etc. We think physical experiences come first and then we decide what to believe, but that’s only because we have this human body that we’re focusing our attention through. You’re an unlimited spiritual energetic being limiting yourself to a human perspective for the fun of discovering how wonderful the Universe is to give you everything you need to live happy ever after.
Yes, life is meant to be fantastic fun! So where do all the fear, pain, and suffering come from? Those come from false negative beliefs telling you to do what’s bad for you and don’t do what would be good. Sound familiar? Religion is just early psychology, and the devil is the lying tempting cheating personality disorder that delights to make you suffer by leading you away from God, aka your solutions to be happy, healthy, and prospering forever.
Creation doesn’t actually have a source of evil, because such a hateful disconnected thing would self-destruct immediately while everybody else is cooperating to enjoy life together. But you can hold false negative beliefs that say that life is against you, and then you can experience a part of your mind becoming cruelly defensive just like a devil, or in modern terms the narcissistic sociopath, fascist dictator, and negative ego. Your positive ego is your innocent child-like human self who wants a loving love-filled life with you, but when forced to fear false beliefs then you become increasingly survivalist and mean. The slow-train wreck of negative belief trauma is widespread in the world today, as everyone is first a victim of expecting to be attacked, and then under stress people decide to attack. Thus the false beliefs that life is terrible become real unnecessary experiences that life is terrible.
Nobody can make anyone else believe a false belief lifestyle, but modeling it intensely invites others to join in. “Oh my gosh, they’re all fighting so I better fight or die as well!” And fighting back is exactly the reinforcement of a negative outlook that makes negativity grow, so it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy. In fact, there are four survival reactions that can seem self-preserving but really make things worse: fight, flight, freeze and appease. The triumph of negativity is convincing you that you must feed negativity to escape negativity, which only disconnects you from the Universe. So by looking for love in all the wrong places your life can become miserable in ways that never had to happen. Every unhappy emotion you will ever feel is from a negative belief that’s calling you away from your own direction of divine guidance to be happy.
For this meetup, think about the major emotional habits of your life, and how they might be stuck from making problems worse. Don’t worry, you’re not bad, you just need to learn new solutions! After check-ins to share a bit, I’ll explain how to manage our own energy system to clear emotions and choose better beliefs. False beliefs reinforce self-destructive emotional patterns like blame, obsessive control, hopelessness, addictions, shame, anxiety, and revenge. We’ll learn techniques to heal the old negative lifestyle and conclude with a guided meditation to appreciate our human journey so we can start fresh with the higher self.
