Most of us were never taught how to stay present in discomfort — we were taught to fix it, avoid it, or move past it quickly. But the moments we tend to leave are often the ones that hold the most clarity, connection, and growth.
Staying on The Edge is a group for people with girlhood conditioning who want to lead, relate, and communicate with greater clarity & conviction — specifically and especially when things get uncomfortable.
This space is dedicated to discovering the greenery on the other side of conflict.
Through guided workshops, reflection, and conversation, we explore how to stay with tension without collapsing, controlling, or abandoning ourselves. This includes learning how to navigate conflict, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for the space we take up.
If you’ve ever found yourself over-explaining, people-pleasing, shutting down, or avoiding what needs to be said — this space is for you.
