Our first gathering, Patterns in Dating, brought together a wonderful group of thoughtful people willing to share, listen, and reflect. The conversation was engaging, supportive, and full of insight, and many attendees left wanting to meet up again. (Be mindful: there is a set number of attendees)

For our second gathering, we'll explore the stories and beliefs we carry about love, dating, and relationships.

Many of us have internal narratives shaped by past experiences, family dynamics, culture, heartbreak, and hope. Some of those stories serve us well. Others may quietly influence our choices without us even realizing it.

Together, we'll discuss questions such as:

• What beliefs about love have shaped your dating experiences?
• Which beliefs help you create healthy connections?
• Which beliefs might be holding you back?
• How do our assumptions influence the people we choose and the relationships we build?

🔄 An optional podcast episode will be shared with attendees before the gathering as inspiration for our discussion. No homework required… the real value comes from the perspectives shared around the table.

This is not a workshop or coaching session, it's a thoughtful, respectful conversation among adults who are curious about relationships and personal growth.
