The Relaxation Room is a quiet, in-person group hypnosis session for people who are tired of carrying stress in their body. If meditation helps a little but you still can’t fully drop, this is for you.

You’ll be seated (or lying down) in a recliner while I guide you into a deeply restorative state—where your breathing slows, your muscles soften, and your mind finally stops bracing. Think: the feeling you get right before sleep, but guided, structured, and intentionally deepened

Led by Marija Mikolajczak, certified hypnotherapist and longtime meditation facilitator, this is a nervous-system reset that doesn’t require effort, insight, or willpower.

This is not a class or a sharing circle.

No talking. No processing. No “doing it right.”
You show up, get comfortable, and listen.

## What to expect

  • A quick orientation so you can settle in
  • A guided hypnosis journey to build an inner “Relaxation Room” you can return to anytime
  • Deep physical and mental unwinding
  • A few minutes to re-orient before you leave (so you don’t walk out feeling floaty)

## Who it’s for

You’ll love this if you:

  • Feel chronically tense, wired, or mentally overloaded
  • Notice stress living in your shoulders, jaw, gut, or sleep
  • Have chronic pain that flares when life gets intense
  • Want real rest without having to talk about your life
  • Are curious about hypnosis in a low-pressure setting

No prior hypnosis experience needed.

## If you want to go deeper:

  • Online Weekly practice + community (online): GWS Trance Practice — ongoing guided trance + skill-building (Mondays 9 PM ET, replays). Includes a monthly online Relaxation Room on a different day than the in-person session.
  • In-person Targeted 1:1 support: Private hypnotherapy for anxiety patterns, stress loops, chronic pain flares, sleep disruption, or habit change.

  • Location: Artemisia Integrative Wellness Center, Event Studio, 1435 Bedford Street, Unit 1L, Stamford, CT (free parking available)
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Cost: $40 per person (Early Bird until March 12)
  • Capacity: limited to 8 people

Please arrive 3:50–4:00 PM so we can begin promptly at 4:00 PM. To protect the experience, late entry may not be possible once we begin.
