Learn to Calm Anxiety — A Weekly Space to Slow Down
Details
Are you living with a constant hum of anxiety in your body—those what-ifs, worst-case scenes, and quiet panics you hide so you don’t seem dramatic, weak, or “too much” to the people around you?
This 90-minute online group is a space to get support, connection, and tools to find more peace in your days. Whether you’ve been facing the challenges of anxiety alone for a long time or simply craving deeper connection with yourself and others—this space is for you.
What you call anxiety might actually be your body’s way of protecting you — tightening, bracing, overthinking, doing whatever it can to keep you safe. There’s wisdom inside those patterns, and they start to loosen when you’re not carrying them alone or pretending, they don’t exist.
This space is for you if:
- you’re exhausted from holding your anxiety in alone
- you’re looking for a place where you can be honest instead of “keeping it together”
- you want to understand why your anxiety shows up the way it does
- you want practical tools to interrupt spirals and regain your footing in real moments
- you miss meaningful connection and want a space where you don’t have to pretend
- you want support that doesn’t talk down to you, dismiss you, or demand positivity
There is no pressure to speak. You are enough just by showing up.
You don’t have to turn your camera on.
Just come as you are.
### About Your Facilitator
Care has spent two decades inside rooms most people never see — psychiatric wards, recovery centres, crisis lines — sitting with people in the rawest, most honest moments of their lives. That work taught her how anxiety really behaves, what pushes people into overwhelm, and what helps them find a way through it without shame or pressure.
Her facilitation is warm and human, but she doesn’t dance around the truth. She has a no-nonsense way of naming what’s happening beneath the surface so people can finally understand themselves instead of fighting their own reactions.
In both group spaces and one-on-one work, she brings a calm presence, clear boundaries, and an ability to help people feel less alone in what they’re carrying. Her approach is simple: meet people where they are, name what’s true, and offer tools that actually help in day-to-day life.
