Welcome to The Return.
If you are navigating the fast-paced rush of life and feeling a quiet yearning to step out of the frantic 'doing' mode, you have found your flock. My goal is to create a soft place to land—a grounded space where women can step away from roles and expectations, soften into truth, and return to who they’ve always been.
As your facilitator, my approach is born from science, from over ten years of holding space as a clinical psychologist, and from my own journey back to myself. I weave clinical wisdom and personal truth into offerings that are both grounded and soulful.
At our ticketed workshops, retreats and circles across Melbourne, I will guide you through gentle homecomings. Through circle, story, reflection, movement, and ritual, we will shed the weight of our “shoulds,” cultivate safeness within, and tune into our bodies.
The Return is not about fixing—it is a heart-felt invitation to slow down, witness and uplift one another, and return, together, to the wholeness that has always been inside us.
