Sexuality is one of the most controversial aspects of human experience. The quality of our sexual experience is conditioned by gender differences, cultural norms about sexuality, and ultimately, the relationship we have with our bodies.
How can we live our sexuality as an expression of freedom, pleasure, and connection?
This workshop invites you to understand the norms and fears that control our sexuality and to discover the potential for freedom, play, and pleasure that lies in our eroticism. This conversation is based on Esther Perel's concept of erotic intelligence as a basic human potential we can access and develop.
