Maximize the Amount of Your Insurance Settlement by Using a Public Adjuster

Happy New Year! I wish you all great success, abundance, and properity in 2017!

Let's start off by talking about insurance loss claims and how to get the most money you can from the insurance company.

When a loss happens and you file a claim, the insurance company will send their adjuster out to determine the amount of loss and how much they will offer you to settle the claim. So even though they have to obey the law and meet certain guidelines, do you think there may be a chance the adjuster will have the best interest of the company in mind?

Do you think it would be more fair if you had somebody in your corner to represent your side in this evaluation?

Do any of you know any property owners who are disappointed with the amount of money their insurance company is giving them for their flooded house? Do you think it would help you and the seller get closer on the sale price if they could get more from the insurance company?

Well that is where a public adjuster comes in. They are there to represent "the public"...the homeowner...and present their analysis of the damages and how much the insurance company should pay.

Now, let's add on top of that the notion that they only get paid if they get you an increase. So it doesn't cost you a dime to have them make a case on your behalf. Then if the get you an increase they get paid a portion of that.
