I'm late on providing the description for the October Meetup, and I apologize. This month my plan is to discuss a few of the fundamentals that drive profitable real estate investing, then provide some updates on the market that are altering several exit strategies. We can then have a discussion as a group regarding what opportunities we see in the future.

I'm looking forward to hearing some perspectives from our attendees!

We meet on the second Tuesday each month at 6:30pm and adjourn between 8:00 and 8:30.
