Hello Ring Members,
I've tried hard to keep up with Macro Economic events, with a focus on how it will affect Real Estate investing going forward. For our meeting this month, I plan to briefly cover multiple topics, and then open it up for a round table discussion for how we as investors plan to move forward in light of these developments.
- US "Debt" tops $40 Trillion
- The $10 Trillion in US Bonds that need to be refinanced in the very near future
- The Yen carry trade possibly unwinding
- The Buffet indicator and what it tells us about equities prices
- The Great Taking
- The war between 2 systems: Producers vs. Parasites

• 6:30 pm – Discussions and Networking
• 8:00 pm - Adjourn
