⚠️ Prerequisite: we expect you to be able to have some experience rallying from the baseline. This session is NOT for complete beginners.

⚠️ Note: We do not rent rackets nor shoes.

📢🎥 Filming & Content Notice: Videos and photos will be shot to create content for our social media. By participating, you agree that you will appear in the photos and videos.
👉 An image release consent form will be signed before the event starts. If you do not wish to be filmed, please check "No" so we can blur your image in post-production. The goal is to share a great atmosphere and have fun playing tennis while respecting everyone’s preferences! 🎾🔥

The Hitting Club - Consistency Drills is designed for players who can hold a basic rally within the service boxes and are looking to improve their baseline game.

We propose several fun and competitive drills to help you progress your baseline rallies and consistency.

With our session, you will:
🎾 Develop the ability to rally from the baseline with confidence
🎾 Learning how to manage pace and direct the ball
🎾 Figure out how to deal with pressure

📅 Join us this Saturday at 3PM and get your tennis level to RISE!

📍How to get to the event
🚶 On foot: Google Maps
🚌 By the shuttle bus: Exit Esaka station at exit 4, wait for the shuttle bus at the Mia Via signboard. Shuttle passes every 20 minutes from 09:07 to 22:07.

💴 Participation fee (paid at the start of the session)
🧍‍♂️ ¥5,000/person

👨🏾‍🤝‍👨🏻 If you bring a friend who's new to the group, you both get 20% off for the session.
⚠ This offer is not cumulative over a single session (it cannot be combined by bringing multiple friends (e.g. if you bring 3 friends, you'll get 20% off for the next 3 sessions you attend), nor with any other discounts, offers).

👍 What's in it for you?
The first 20 minutes: warmup.

THEN
1h30 of various challenging, fun and cooperative/competitive drills. e.g.:
▫️ Baseline cross-court drills with a focus on high rally count
▫️ Baseline player v. net player for intensity
▫️ 2 v. 1 Butterfly/bowtie drill for endurance
▫️ Volley-to-volley drill for fast reactions
▫️ "King Of The Court" for competitiveness

THEN
The last 10 minutes: RISE UP TO THE CHALLENGE! A fun exercise/game to finish on a high note!

THEN
Post-session snacks (provided by The Rising Court) & social time. We will also ask you for your feedback for our social media.

▫️Your tennis racket
▫️Proper tennis shoes
▫️At least 1L of water *because we're exercising!*
▫️Your good mood!
