Topic: How to Buy Rental Property Out of State with Mark Abramovich

Mark is a full-time real estate investor with a variety of real estate interests, including a focus on lending. He has been investing in real estate since the early 2000's, and owns both single and multi-family properties in several states. To further expand his knowledge, he is a regular Rockland REIA attendee, as well as a member of Fortune Builders since 2016. In addition to his rentals, Mark is a partner in a management company which maintains and oversees his own properties, and provides services to other investors.

Join us as Mark briefly walks us through his real estate journey. He will show us his process of investing in rental properties out of state, explain exactly who you need on your team to make it happen, and talk about some of the learning lessons he has gone through.
