Exactly one year ago, Liborio Derario, of LD Investment LLC, taught an introduction to the world of Wholesaling. Now, with his own apprenticeship program and wholesaling meetup, he is returning to give us a deeper dive into wholesaling. Join us next Wednesday as Liborio presents Wholesaling 2.0.

Liborio has been investing and wholesaling since 1984. He is well known for his "iBuyHouses" box trucks and his constant consumption of information from other prominent Real Estate Investors. His first deals were done without any money down and were able to finance both his business as an Architect, and his lifestyle.

Time:
Meetings start at 7:00pm with about 10-15 minutes of meet and greet at the beginning. If you are running late, no worries! Our speaker usually finishes around 8:30pm but feel free to hang out, meet fellow investors, and enjoy the refreshments.
