Find Your Natural Voice: A Gentle, Nervous-System-Friendly Singing Workshop
Details
Find Your Natural Voice
A gentle singing workshop for relaxation, confidence, and ease
Many people believe they “can’t sing” — but what they’re really experiencing is tension, self-protection, or a nervous system that doesn’t feel safe yet.
This gentle, welcoming workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your natural voice — the one that exists beneath effort, forcing, or self-judgment.
We’ll use simple, accessible vocal sounds, breath, and body awareness to:
- Release tension in the throat, jaw, and chest
- Feel more relaxed and grounded in your body
- Discover how singing can feel supportive instead of stressful
- Build trust in your voice — even if you’ve never sung before
No singing experience required.
No performing. No pressure.
You’re welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable.
This workshop is especially supportive for:
- People who feel blocked, tight, or self-conscious when they sing
- Sensitive, anxious, or burned-out folks
- Singers who want more ease and freedom
- Anyone curious about voice as a tool for self-connection
You’ll leave feeling more at home in your voice — and in yourself.
