Come Home to Your Voice: 4-Wk Somatic Singing Workshop for Ease & Self-Trust
Details
WEEKLY SESSION DATES
Saturdays for 4 consecutive weeks at the new year:
Jan 10, 17, 24, 31
Many people want to sing but feel blocked by tension, self-judgment, or a nervous system that doesn’t quite feel safe yet.
This 4-week online series is a gentle, supportive invitation to come home to your voice — the natural voice that exists beneath effort, forcing, or “doing it right.”
Rather than focusing on performance or traditional technique, we’ll explore somatic singing: tuning into sensation, breath, and sound as a way to build ease, safety, and trust in your voice and body.
Each session builds on the last, creating a gradual and grounded experience of vocal freedom.
### In this series, you’ll explore:
- Releasing tension in the throat, jaw, and chest
- Singing with less effort and more ease
- Building a sense of safety while making sound
- Letting your voice exist without evaluation or pressure
- Using voice as a tool for grounding, regulation, and self-connection
### This series is for you if:
- You love singing but feel tight, blocked, or self-conscious
- You’re curious about somatic or nervous-system-aware approaches
- You want a gentler, more sustainable relationship with your voice
- You’ve been told you “can’t sing” — or you tell yourself that
- You want to explore voice without performing or being put on the spot
No singing experience required.
No performing. No solos.
You’re always welcome to participate at whatever level feels right for you.
