Flow with KJ

Join KJ for a yoga flow accessible to all. No experience needed. Please bring a mat and if you like blocks and a strap bring your own. If you do not have a mat KJ has extras.

When you arrive to 550 Morro Bay Blvd. please walk through the two gates. the entrance is around the back of the home. This space used to be called The Green Lotus.
