Run a 3 mile Loop at Country Manor - Antioch

Gather on the parking lot on Asilomar near Greystone, Antioch at 730am. We will run through the park and onto the local streets for a 3 mile loop. Public water and restroom may be available.
Another reminder that the 2nd Annual Liberty Bell 5K is taking sign ups. This is a fun community event to support the Liberty High Band. The race is set for Veterans Park on Balfour at 7am. This link will get to all the info:
