Contra Loma - Lakeview Trail Run, Antioch

Looks like fine Spring weather for the weekend mornings to make our runs even more fun. Speaking of Spring, make sure your clocks are moved forward Sunday morning.
We visit Contra Loma Regional Park on Saturday morning for a trail run. Meet at the end of Fredrickson Lane at 7:30am for warm ups. Then we head into the park to circle the beautiful reservoir and include a trip on the Lakeview trail.The total mileage is a bit over 4 miles. Plenty of parking on the shoulder at the end of Fredrickson.
