We are hosting our first DND meetup for kids and families! We are opening up the table for some young ones to get in on the fun. This event is designed for more fun and flexibility over focusing on strict rules, making use of a simpler, basic form of Dungeons and Dragons which is much more forgiving and less dependent on combat mechanics. This will allow kids at the table to play more creatively and collaboratively.
Please list upon RSVPing the number of adults and children attending in detail, including ages. The number of children will be restricted to 5. We require parental supervision for all children for the duration of the event. Ages are restricted to ages 8-12. We understand collaborative play can be difficult for young ones but we emphasize listening, taking turns, and paying attention to body and playspace boundaries for a healthy event together.
Bringing dice is encouraged though dice will also be provided. Blank paper and drawing pencils or markers are also welcome to engage in being creative and artistic.
